Hello beautiful people! Sorry for the lack of update on the blog. This past month has been crazy because of all the exams and other things. It's hard to maintain blog and school at the same time. But, I hope I'll be able to blog more this month. Anyway, today's look is a casual look that I wore while going out with my friends. I wore a maroon striped tee with a light wash jeans. And for the shoes, I wore the same old yeezys. Stripes are the classic pattern that is one of the most wearable fashion trend of 2016. I know how stressful it can get when you have to dress for a formal event or maybe for work, especially, when your everyday outfit is "wearing whatever you find" kinda outfit. Some people put more time and effort in their outfit while some people don't. But let's be honest, we all want to look good especially for an important event. So, for today's post I've created an outfit that is simple, comfortable yet modish.
I've styled basic pieces that one can easily find in their wardrobe. Button down shirts or loose blouse are an essential clothing item in a girl's closet because they can be styled for a formal as well as a casual outfit.
Khaki pants too are a must-have item that offer you the sleek yet casual style. Usually,anything styled with khaki pants look good because of its neutral tone. Some other colors other than white that look good with khaki pants are black,ivory and dark blue.

BBHOODZ is a fashion style started by Karen Yeung(@iamkareno) where you basically style babyhood clothes and make it more wearable and cool in your adulthood. I sent her an email asking about this style and if there's something she would like to add to which she replied " BBHOODZ is a fashion style that uses themes and color palettes from childhood on modern adult apparel. Some staples BBHOODZ pieces include caps, cute socks and sneakers. The colors are really just based on your personality and what the word "childhood" means to you. I want to see more guys adopt BBHOODZ- it's always cool to see a guy's take on female fashion."
For my outfit, I've styled a light-weight bomber jacket with pastel pink t-shirt and light-wash jeans.
Light-weight bomber jackets are perfect for the moderate weather as of now. It is both comfortable and trendy. You can also wear bomber jacket in cold weather with warmer clothes.
For shoes, I wore my old adidas sneakers.

Black and White can be the perfect combination for a minimal look.So, for my outfit I paired a white blouse with thick black leggings. You can also pair white pieces with denim for a more casual look.
Denim is one of the most versatile clothing which comes in all different styles & shades and is also easier to style. While many people are intimidated by the thought of wearing denim from head-to-toe, I feel it's a great way to experiment and show your style. Now see, I'm no fashion expert so I'm going to say how I feel. For me, the trick to wearing denim on denim is to wear different shades. However, I've seen people wearing all same shades and looking remarkably good. It all depends on what clothing you choose and how you style it. At first, you might style it wrongly but we all learn from our mistakes so its okay. :))
For my outfit, I styled a light washed denim jeans with comparatively darker denim jacket. I wore a light grey t-shirt because it was somewhat similar to the jeans. For shoes, I wore my pirate black yeezy.

So I turned 17 yesterday (both happy and sad at the same time). Happy because I always get excited for my birthday and I like how everyone is nicer to me haha. And sad because I DON'T want to get older.
For my outfit, I chose to wear a patterned bohemian(kind of) dress and paired it with crochet sandals. I'm lately getting into kinda bohemian style. I've been wearing white, neutral colors and patterns a lot these days. I liked this dress the moment I tried it on me (although it's a little big). And for the accessories, I kept it simple with a double layer choker necklace and my Valentino Rudy Watch.
